Any helpful hints on the adjustment of the stainless rail strip ??? and does the actual weather stripping get glued or does it just fit into the rails without glue.
Thanks, for any help

The stainless weatherstrip rail gets a thin bead of rope caulk before you screw it to the car. I use the old screw depressions to locate it so I don't usually have to adjust it. You put a thin bead of weatherstrip glue (3M gorilla snot) along the outside edge and then start installing your weather strip at the corner (top of A pillar) first and then work your way down and to the back. You may find that those little black fasteners at the bottom of the A pillar need to have the holes opened up a tad. I hope you still have the little plastic covered bracket that is mounted on the channel towards the middle that helps the windows glide up to make the final seal as you roll them up.
