At first i thought something was getting hot and shorting out my alarm and turning the kill switch on. this happend about 3 times after driving it. the last time i drove it home and it never started back up. when i turn the key it wont make a sound. i disconnected the kill switch, what else can it be? starter or ignition ? thanks

If it's hot when it does this, it is most likely heat soak. An engine gets hotter after shutting it off due to the coolant no longer flowing so temps rise. This can affect the solenoid when trying to start it hot.
If it's happening anytime, this is a long shot but it could be your battery. I had a brand new battery that would do this occasionally.
Make sure all connections are clean and tight too.

If it was mine I would tap the side of the starter a couple times and then try to start it-Ya might get lucky!
