got a brand new carb. for my 6 cyl. nova
i still have hesitation from a dead stop. sometimes it catches other times it sputters and sometimes it dont. all vacuum lines are good. please help

Do your distributor advance weights move freely? Pop the cap and rotor and have a look. Check your vacuum advance canister too. Take the hose off, move the rod and see if it holds suction with your finger over the nipple. If it doesn't hold a little vacuum, the diaphram is shot. Just a couple ideas.
