I need to achieve .572 exhaust lift. Will any rocker arms work with stock valve covers and work well for a street cruiser? Or do I need just get some tall valve covers and get over it?

Stock height covers with thick or double gaskets

Stamped rockers will be fine but You may have trouble with some roller rockers... I'd just go with the tall covers and forget about it.
