I just finished replacing my 7 year old Holley electric fuel pump with a new Holley Electric pump. It hooked right up to the existing fittings in the trunk. I used the same electrical connection points. This is the "Blue Label" pump with a 14psi max rating and 110 gph. When I turned the key on I expected to hear the familiar buzz in the trunk, but there was nothing. I left the key on and went back to the trunk and felt the pump and it was getting warm, but there wasn't any vibration or noise. Bottom line is the pump is getting juice, but not pumping. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You could disconnect it and hook it up to a battery charger to supply it the 12 volts and see if it works, and go from there.

If it is getting warm....sounds to me like it could locked up from factory. A siezed up motor will produce heat.
