Greetings! I have a Holley 3310 installed with a manual choke wired open. I notice that the fast-idle stays engaged most of the time, and a "tap" on the accelerator pedal will turn it loose. Without looking at it (I haven't, so that means there's probably something really obvious!) does anyone have an idea of what the fix is?

Thanks.

I don't know the exact way to tell you to do this, but there is a plastic arm behind the choke that has these "steps" in it - that arm is falling in place even though the choke is wired open.

I think there are two ways to fix this - 1 is to set the choke so that the arm never becomes a problem (I'm not real sure about how to do that), the other is to tie off that arm so it is always out of the way. If you need to tie it off, make sure nothing gets in the way of your linkage.
