I'm in the process of buying a Transgo Reprogramming Kit for my 700r4. On one website it says that in addition to this kit you need to purchase a TV Boost Valve, a Reverse Boost valve, a Corvette Servo, and a Transgo spacer plate. Is all this additional stuff necessary or are they just trying to sell more stuff. I've seen this kit for sale numerous other places with no mention of this other stuff being needed other that the corvette servo. Is the additional stuff for the track racer or to upgrade the transmission. I don't race the car other than on the street every now and then. Could anyone give me some info on all this. I'm picking this kit because I want the automatic or manual shift ability that it gives you at any RPM, and of course the fix on the few problems that exist in the 700R4. Thanks. I usually upgrade the boost valve to a .500, and install the vette servo. But i'm not so sure you need the seperator plate unless the check balls have worn too badly into your plate.
