Well got my latest suprise restoring this car . Went to install new covers on bench lower when i notice that the seat belt pass through were in a different place. I called Legendary thinking they made the covers wrong and found out that my original bench was a 69. Different weave pattern and the pass throughs. Someone must have switched it. I am wondering if anyone knows if the spring assem. is the same from 69 to 70? I checked and the replacement foam is listed 68-70.How about the pass through tubes? I sure could use a picture or two for reference if anyone has any. thanks gary

I have a 70 bench seat with the factory cover still on it. What pictures are you wanting, bottom spring area? The seat is out of the car so let me know and I will take the pictures for you.

Thanks , yes the spring area on the bottom and the top side where the seat belts come through.I would like to compare it to the 69 springs to see if they are the same. My luck I had it blasted and painted it before I discovered the problem. thanks gary
