I have a 69 with the light green interior. Lost the rear view mirror with the bracket/boot etc. Have a used one that needs to be painted. Does anyone know if it is supposed to be light green or the same green as the dashpad? My dash pad is a dark green. The rest of the headliner trim is light green. I also have a question on the vinyl paints. I bought some from Ausleys and tried painting the pillar pads but the paint did not stick very well at all. I have the primer or vinyl prep then I sprayed them. The paint just peels off. Any ideas?
