I put an electric fuel pump on my 70 396 and it worked fine and now I let it sit for a few days and it won't pump the gas up to the carb.? Anyone know what this could be? It worked fine when I 1st put it in. It's a Purolator 4-7 lb. Thanks to anyone who can help! Steve

I'm assuming its mounted below the tank level and at the rear, as close to the tank as possible?
