Yes, it is a pretty colour combination.

The bids are sure low on that car, but then again a bunch of incorrect things going on with that car. I always loved that combo on a convertible.

I have a 69 rag top SS tribute, its "hugger" orange with parchment interior, but running a nice 454. Looks damn near that one, minus the stripes, and on rally's.

That car was only bid up to $44,000 last night. That car sold fast!
I asked if it had any documentation, the replied back and said no....
but the stampings looked authentic. Very nice car.

I am not really going to comment on things like correctness for which there may be some minor issues. It appears to be a quality car and I would think the buyer has inspected this first hand. Somebody sure stepped up to the plate to pay $65K. Here are some of my very general pros and cons on that price:

PROS:
- Mileage of 18K is really, really low (if accurate).
- Assuming it is of very high quality.
- Convertible
- Colour combination.

CONS:
- Automatic.
- Low HP engine.

Just a couple of cents from my opinion bank.

Since it's completely restored, whether or not it really has only 18K miles is kinda irrelevant. If someone truly paid $65K for it, that's all the money - and then some - for a car with no documentation :yes:

Nice looking car. Too bad they didn't show the trim tag and engine stampings. The ad states it is a code 72 paint.
