guys,
I ordered some wheels (Dec 16) from lakeshore wheel and tire http://www.lakeshorewheelandtire.com/. they told me the wheel style was unavailable and offered a different style (Jan 12). i didnt want the alternate style, and asked how long it woud take for the originally requested style (Jan 17). Since then, nothing!!! AND i have sent 6 emails (including just now) requesing a full refund. I have also called them ... no answer ... let messages ... no response.
i am now starting to get p***ed off. and serioulsy thinking of filing a complaint with Paypal, my bank and the US trade office in our embassy here.
before i do this, i just want to know if anyone has any positive feedback about this company and can get me in touch with someone there who can help.
I dont want to be an a**hole, until i give them one last chance. bear in mind that we are talking about $1000 here already charged to me paypal account/card.
