Beaux Feb 18th, 09, 11:09 AM I think someone mentioned these about a week ago and there were complaints of fitment and also shipping. I recall some sort of warning NOT to purchase. AS far as design and such I dont know but I remember that picture and complaints
oldtimeparts Feb 18th, 09, 11:33 AM I'm not a big E-Bay fan when it comes to restoration parts, most of it is cheap off shore junk. I would buy A-Arms from a quality manufacturer, just for saftey reasons alone, just my opinion. BUY AMERICAN !!!!!!!!
yellow heap Feb 18th, 09, 1:04 PM I think money spent elsewhere would bring more results
bochnak Feb 18th, 09, 1:12 PM I would keep the stock lowers and run adj. uppers from SC&C.
cwilks Feb 18th, 09, 1:40 PM its been my experience that when ya get "fitment" parts from Ebay your askin for problems
Lecktrix Feb 18th, 09, 8:23 PM Hello all... I have had these for about a month... I have one side installed correctly, just had to grind off paint inside bushing areas... It only took two days to get, and I had the one side installed in a matter of hours. As long as you have a press, youre in good shape. The hardest part was getting the old bushings and cross shaft off the old uppers. I bought all new bushings/ ball joints from ebay as well. Im very happy with these. I have a strict drag car, so I cant talk about cornering strength, but im going to buy a set for my 65 street cruiser.
79VetteMike Feb 18th, 09, 8:32 PM I emailed him and he told me that they, including the bushings, are all made in India. I didn't realize India was in the market for this kind of stuff.

His prices seem more than reasonable. I spoke to him on the phone and he seems like a cool dude to do business with. Aside from shipping, I couldn't get mine powdercoated and buy my bushings and ball joints for much cheaper than he does the job start to finish.
bochnak Feb 19th, 09, 8:00 AM What will the car be used for? What are your goals?

I have used Glenn's service on both my front and rear control arms and numerous other parts....Good communication an excellent service. As you mention when you add the cost of the parts plus your labor it was a wise move.....Great person to business with....

thelastmanstanding Feb 19th, 09, 11:09 PM WARNING! Do not purchase you will have problems. I bought a set and have had nothing but problems, not to mention trying to install polyurethane bushings. I couldn't get the bushings pressed in with my press so I took it to a shop to get it done. After having to machine down the inside of the bushing hole, they finally fit. I called the guy from the Ebay auction and he said they make the arms a little smaller to allow for wear. I will be buying a set from a reputable company.
Thanks,
Musclerodz Feb 20th, 09, 1:17 AM Don't touch them. The thread on Camaros.net will tell anything you need to know as these are made by the same overseas company with the same problems
nekkidhillbilly Feb 20th, 09, 2:06 PM looks like the guys on camaros.net are having good luck out of them minus the fact he got some bad bolts that have since been replaced by the company and all new come with it
