i just had a new cam installed and the motor broken in. i have driven the car about 50 miles and now the exhaust is a thin blue smoke it doesn't smell like oil. it smells like the car is running rich but i thought that was black? has anyone else had or heard of a problem like this.

Usually blue smoke is oil and black smoke is the carb running rich.First thing I would check is pull the spark plugs and look at them they should tell you wether your running rich or burning oil.You might want to retorque your intake manifold bolts to be sure they haven't loosened up and created a leak.
