After 3 doors, 1 original and 2 repro I finally have the drivers door on the car lined up, great gaps nice and straight. It has only been a month or so I have been working on this. It cost me about $950 between the 2 repros and the original. Thats not counting the plastic and time. The first repro was crap, the original needed to much work and the second repro fit like it came on the car. A little plastic some primer and some block sanding and the door looks great.
Thanks to all the guys who gave advice on the 4 or 5 threads I must have put here to vent my frustrations with this car.
