Some of us record races and games, and it would be nice if ya'll would title your threads "SPOILER--Daytona winner" or "SPOILER--Mavs vs Suns" so it doesn't "spoil" the ending for the rest of us. This is done on many racing forums. Just a thought.;)

SPOILER - NASCAR, their cookie-cutter cars, overpaid candy-ass prima donna drivers, and their BS marketing schemes...all a joke.
The men that made NASCAR popular in the mainstream would be sick over what it has "evolved" into today.

Just a thought, but I would personally think if you are reading a thread about the Daytona 500 after the Daytona 500 is over, it would just be obvious the winner is going to be mentioned in it.
I do the same thing sometimes, I DVR races or games, and if I haven't watched it yet, I surely am not going to open a thread about it. Now sometimes a thread gets derailed and a spoiler pops into something completely unrelated, but if its a thread about that subject, I just expect it to say something.

Jeff, I'm not that stupid--I said putting Spoiler in the TITLE.
Yesterday at 5:52, oktunes started a thread titled K3enseth wins the 500 (http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=260703) , it was in the middle of the page and kinda jumped out with the way it was spelled. He could have titled it "SPOILER-Daytona 500 winner"
and then I would have known not to read the thread and wouldn't know the winner.
I was just a thought,

Well that I can understand, I didn't even see that thread. I figured somebody said it one of the multiple threads going about the Daytona 500.
Sort of like the thread I had about Bullrun going, somebody asked who the loser was of the first episode, but considering the first run was only a sneak preview I didn't want to say who it was so instead I suggested pming me for it.
I didn't mean to suggest you were dumb Bill, not by any stretch.

It isn't a spoiler on the NASCAR Spec Racers, it's a WING. friggin stupid ricer parts. Only thing worse is those world of outlaws things. Looks like they are on the way home from Sleepy's with a mattress on the roof... ;)
