Is there a switch or relay that i can check? The lights look like I have my brakes on at all times, well only when the headlights are on that is. Thanks

I'd look at the ground connections to make sure they're making good contact with the frame or the body. It wouldn't hurt to check the brakelight switch adjustment.

Where's the brakelight switch adjuster?

On a bracket in front of the brake pedal,when you push down on the pedal you have brake lights when you release the pedal it pushes in the switch to turn brake lights off.

Do your turn signals work?

when you check the turn signals

Most likely the switch on the brake pedal stuck or pushed out of it's bracket.

When you put the turn signal switch in "left turn" position it sould turn off the left brake light - "right turn" position turns off right brake light.
That's with the ignition switch off.
