Joe asked me to post these pics of his Chevelle.
I'll let him fill in all the details as to where he is lurking from (town or area), details of the driveline, when it will see the road, etc, etc and any other info that he would like to share.

The people just down and across from my great aunt and uncle in Wilson Creek own or used to own a '70 GTO with hand shift and throttle controls....apparently their son owns(ed) it and he was in an accident and paralyzed waist down. Not sure if it's still there, it's been awhile since I've been over there but I'd be interested if it's still sitting there.

Hey those are the same wheels that i got lol

cobaltchev67
Feb 22nd, 09, 5:01 PM
I got mine from Driverz Inc., where did you get yours from? They had the best price I could find. Bought 5 wheels, 1 tire from them(already had the other 4 used but over 90% tread left).

joespc37
Feb 22nd, 09, 8:06 PM
got mine from a ebay store there 18x8.5 fronts and 18x10 rears paid 1300.00 for all 4 wheels no tires i thought that was a good deal and there not seconds there nice. how much you pay?

cobaltchev67
Feb 23rd, 09, 10:04 AM
I went 18 x 8.5 all around, can't fit the 18 x 10s on a '67 without mods....that and I like to be able to rotate tires, although it'd only be front and rear since the BF Goodies are directional.

I paid $1,500 for all 5 wheels + 1 tire($180 tire). I looked at the eBay deals, but couldn't find a non-staggered deal, so I just called them directly, plus I wanted the tire. Worked out well for me, plus was a good deal. The only thing that cost me more than I thought was doing mount and balance at Les Schwab.... was a small fortune due to not buying the wheels/tires from them.

joespc37
Feb 23rd, 09, 11:03 AM
yea sounds like about same amout then cause fronts were 600 for 2.I also am having tires mounted and balanced at schwab, but im buying schwab tires, proxes T1-R

Wow! Very nice! I really like your color choice. I have not seen too many turbo 400's for sale recently but here is one out of a 69 here in B.C.

nope, havent heard of the biz mens club. been to big johns in soap lake & coulee city a million times for supplies and such. we went to a car show in soap lake about 15 years ago, i think it was called the pig run? we dont go to sun lakes in july/august any more, too hot! we like sept. rates drop and the hoodlums are all back in school. you must get an occasinal rattler in soap Lk. i'm guessing...
