I'm getting a 'tugging' while driving in a straight line. As well, when coming to a stop after a highway run, if I turn right or left immediately thereafter, I get a 'tug' and a pop sound. Is my Posi going out?
Any way I can check this besides rotating one tire while the other is on the ground?
TIA!

You need to get some GM Posi traction additive in there. Add it to the gear oil, then go to a big empty parking lot and drive in circles in reverse - works everytime.

When I worked at the Chevy dealer we would find an empty parking lot and do small, low speed figure 8's to force the lube between the clutches.

Thanks, I did have the rear end serviced about 2 years ago, and I know they put the additive in...I suppose I should do it once a year?
