I have a GM flywheel, casting # 3788733 and have no way to accurately, even semi-accurately. Can anyone tell me an approximate weight on it. It is out of a 71 SS396 car, I believe and will accept the 11" clutch. I may be using it on my engine, or may replace it and go to a 30# aftermarket flywheel if it ways more than that.

Believe the OEM is 30#.

STand on the bathroom scale without the flywheel, then with it. The difference is what it weighs.
