Hey guys, today I was driving my chevelle around, and it wanted to die when ever I let off the gas, it did stall, however it would start backup but smoke would come out of the exhaust. It was running fine yesturday and i just fired it up today and its been doing this since...any ideas guys? thanks for the help

If it was puking out black smoke on the restart, I would verify that your float isn't sinking, your needle and seat are okay, and your choke isn't closing when it shouldn't.
