I am currently running a 461 BB with a 750 DP Holley Carb. Carb was brand new 2 years ago when I set my engine in but had set while the body work and paint was in the process. Car was started every few months or so to keep things lubricated. Car seems to want to surge and "buck"
every once in a while when leaving a dead stop at part throttle. It is jetted 71's front and 80's rear (out of the box) How is this compared to someone with a similar combo? We has a complete jet kit so I have access to alot of jet sizes, I was planning on jetting down 2 sizes in the front to see if that helps.

If it has a surge it is lean jet up 2 sizes on the primary side and see if this helps,I believe I have 74's in front and 82's in the rear,running power vavle on the primary side. graemlins/waving.gif
