So I know this is kind of long shot, but I thought I would ask. I have got a pretty bad squeak sound coming from behind the dash, or at least that is where it sounds like. Does anybody have any good tips on finding odd sounds? Is there maybe a body mount going bad that would make an audible squeak on the inside? It only happens when I go over bumps, it doesn't take too much of a bump to do it. It kind of sounds like metal on metal but I'm not too sure. I have the dash pad and I have been tightening all the bolts that hold the dash on to see if that would do it but no luck as of yet.

Just a guess, radio support bracket? :confused:

I use to have a squeak like that and I found one of the dash bolts missing. It was the one right above the steering column.

Sometimes it's something in your glovebox squeaking or rattling.Check it out.
