I have a customer that had a cam go down in his engine. I pulled it out and he wants the same cam back in it. The only numbers on it are at the rear of the cam. I'm hoping someone will recognize it. The nubers are as follows:
115811
250144
243128
It was a solid flat tappet.

Try Clevite's BB cam list!
My 'puter dumped or I'd pull the list up for you.
I've posted it here too somewhere?
You wouldn't ta believed all the old cams I had listed in my "Brains Letter" for reference for times like this....

Hi "jch", that part number you have listed, 115811, is from "Camshaft Machine Corp." circa 1989.
It is the 396"/375HP or the 454"/LS-6 cam, which is one and the same!
Thanks, Gary in N.Y.
P.S. This is the identical cam from G.M. with the part #3863143. Specs are:
242*/242* @ .050" x .520"/.520" x 114*L.S. x 108* ICL.
