I have a 94 toyota 4x4 pickup with a V6 and I can't get it started. It will turn over fine but it will not hit.I've been having trouble also with it dieing after I start it up in the mornings to let it warm up.I'll start it up, go in the house and come back out about 10 mins later and its not running.I've also had it die on me while driving.Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Todd,
Fixing it will probably require the use of a scanner and someone that knows what they are looking for. Probably not something to be doen "long distance" By the way, warming up an engine like you are is probably the worse thing you can do to it, in my opinion. Start it, let the oil pressure come up, and drive it !

Todd, I agree with Bill. You will get a bunch if educated guesses, but guesses none the less. If that is what you want, I will guess the ignitor.

Well I think I might have got it.My chilton book said to try the fuel filter. So I did.I left work Monday early to change it,and when I got home it started right up.The temp rose a little Monday morning so I'm thinking i may have also had fuel line freeze, because i hade very little gas and it was really cold this passed weekend. So I' thinking it was a combination of both.Hopefully(knock on wood). So far so good. Thanks for the replies.

fuel filter you say? I'll try that with my 1974 Dodge PU and see if that solves my problem, you described it to a "T".
