If it is # match, and it is not totally rotted, than yes I think it is worth 2-3k. Looks rough but complete.

Ive owned this car since 1988.The title is clear. I did a whats it worth and came up with #'s much higher. I have a lot of parts to go with it too. If it doesnt start to move,Im going to pull it. I'll cry if it go's though!
