I have a set of these I'm thinking of using on a 350 Torque motor ( 4X4 ). With the exception of a few Dirt Track forums, what info I've been able to find is limited to non existant. The ones I have, have the larger size valves stock. What can you Guys offer info wise? This is for a lowwer RPM motor. Thanks, Al

Al,
My engine builders software also says they are 305 heads and can be either 55 or 65cc. They were also used in a wide range of years so they could have the later model intake bolt pattern used with the TBI truck engines.

If they are 65cc heads, they should work pretty good as long as you are real serious about not needing any higher rpm power. They will end up about 9.5 to one compression (depending on which piston you use) so you will probably need 93 octane fuel. If they are the 55cc ones the compression will probably be too high for pump gas.

Unless they are ready to bolt on as they sit, I would not waste any money on them. Buy a set of Vortec heads and be way ahead of the game.

Just my opinion,
