Might post/move this to the "What's it worth?" forum.
Unless ,of course ,it's an ad to sell it.

Not sure how much it's worth, but out of curiosity, what are the cam specs? Cast iron or aluminum heads?

Salt water? Was the boat trailered or docked?

It was a trailered boat that saw fresh water.like I say,it didnt see many passes and the max rpm was 6500 because it was a jet.

4 bolt block $500-700
carrillo steel rods $500 -700
wiseco pistons new $600+
fluidyne balencer $200-300
jesel belt drive $1000
this looks like $3000 plus on a good deal.I didnt even include the price of the crank ,cam and all the machine work

Being a used engine from a boat is going to affect value and in the car world in a negative way. Even hopped up used car engines are hard to get good money out of. Sometimes it is as bad as 25 cents on the dollar spent. Usually a good return is 50 cents on the dollar spent. Now if it were to have desirable casting numbers for an era correct desirable block the price could be much higher. You would be better off separating the rotating assembly and belt drive to get more $$. BTW the last good 4 bolt 454 I got was $400. I have 2 other run of the mill 454s complete (intake to pan) and they were $300.
