: heater hose routing

so i am getting ready to rebuild my heater box (new seals, new heater core etc.) this is a new motor and i didn't run heater hoses since i knew it leaked. now i have the parts. question is where to source the hoses from on motor. i am not running the bypass hose from the water pump. that hole is plugged. can i use that to feed the heater core. reason i ask that is the 2 front holes in the manifold, one has the temp sender in it, and the other is directly below my newly installed A/N fuel line and does not look to have room for a heater hose fitting. then i was planning to use the rear hole passenger side of the manifold for the return.

will this work?

I just ran AN fuel line just like you did too and I am still going to run my heater hose line from that location

You can see where my heater hose is going to connect there, I am still going to run it that way though

yours looks to have just a hair more space than mine at that plug. i guess i might be able to find a low profile 90* hose fitting to go there and clear my fuel line. but really my question is if i can run it out of the wp and return in the rear hole on the manifold?

I dont know what rear hole you are talking about? But I dunno why you couldnt if the are both going to the coolant system? Because basically it is just a bipass to the heater core right?
