Holley 650-second time this has happened. I can see gas dripping into the secondaries while at idle. I have taken the bowl off and set the float and the needle valve looks fine. Other that dirt clogging the valve, what could be my problem ?

You don't say 'which' 650 this is, but have you checked your fuel pressure? The float level should be just below the viewing port with the engine running. I usually set it till the fuel just wets the threads, then down 1/4 turn. Fuel pressure should only need to be around 6 or 7 psi. When you get more than that, the needles want to blow off the seats. Some will say 9 is ok, just going from experience here. You may want to check the rear butterflies and make sure they aren't open too far. If they're pulling too much air, it may cause nozzle drip.

Thanks, I am running an elect fuel pump and had it set at 8, I will dial it back to 6 and see if that helps
