What would be the best web site for selling a hot rod ?

There are a lot of them and I am trying to find one that is the most viewed and has the best exposure.

I would say no, but I did get a lot of call from my ebay add for our 57 Chevy. I had a ton of calls from the add on hotrodhotline and it was on there at a bad time of year Oct-Dec 2007 some people that called from that add would tell me that they would call back in the spring.

I sold my 57 Chevy a few days ago from a craigslist add.

There is another web site called Cars-On-Line that says it has a lot of traffic.
http://www.cars-on-line.com/ad_form.html

The problem with Craig's list is that you can only list it in one location.

By the way - nice 57 !

It's only $7 to list a vehicle on eBay and it's great exposure. It used to be $40 but now you can list up to 4, or maybe it's 5, not sure about that number, for just $7 each. They will charge you $125 if it sells, or in other words, if the reserve is met. When I list a car on eBay, I usually set the reserve high so it won't sell through eBay and then I don't have to pay the $125. :D Yet I have still sold cars to people who saw the car on eBay and called me about it or to the highest bidder even though the reserve was not met. Be sure to put your phone number and/or email address in the ad because after the auction is over eBay does not provide a way for potential buyers to contact you. ;)

This site is free and a good place to start.

I appreciate Al allowing me to post it here but it's not a Chevelle - it's Ford. It does have a Chevy engine.:hurray:

I put it on here but didn't get any hits.
