all things being the same except that the carb is changed from a 650 to an 800, will the gas mileage be the same at 65mph or worse? thanks

Are you putting on a spreadbore carb or one with 4 same-size throttles? I would think that the spreadbore type would get a bit more mileage, everything else being equal.
