It's a t.c.i 400 forward shift.Lined up for my 1st pass yesterday which was ok untill I went to 3rd gear.1ST gear was ok and 2nd gear was ok but went into 3rd gear and the revs went crazy like I missed a gear.I let off and then got back into it it pull ok.Put it on the trl after that and came home.Pulled the pan and it was clean no metal and it didn't smell burnt.With pan off had the wife go thru the gears while I watched and it's dead on.While at the track I did do a little test while driving it around going from 3rd to 2nd and I didn't notice any change but from 2nd to 1st it worked.I also brought the rpms up to 4000 and pulled it into drive and it didn't hit hard like I thought it would.Anybody?

I would start by making sure you had the corect amount of tranny fluid. I've seen cars that acted like the tranny was totaly fried and the car wouldn't move because it was a LITTLE low on fluid. Your dipstick could be off? Filter cloged?
