It would be hard to miss the story, its everywhere.

It isn't even amazing that somebody lit a cigerette amidst the fuel pillaging. Think about it, any place with that many people who have nothing, no surprise that they would swarm over the carcass of an overturned fuel tanker for an hour taking what they could - then light a cigarette. I'll bet that more than one person was smoking a cigarette, and that they had done so around quantities of fuel before.

I doubt it was a cigarette also. Im sure it was an exposed flame. How someone can be that stupid to use open flame around a gas spill of that size is beyond me.
