Summit has a new paint system that I've seen a couple recent magazines running articles (advertisements?). http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=700+220+4294922165+4294919595+4003 04+115&rsview=prod#rstop

I wonder who makes the product for them.

Don't know for sure but those prices, color chip & packaging looks like
what TCP Global is selling as their Restoration Shop line.

I wonder how good ANY of it can be for that cheap.

PPG's Shop Line paint is similarly priced and would be a better bet over an unknown brand from Summit. I used it on my son's car this summer and had no complaints. There are also a lot more colors to choose from with the Shop Line paint.

Summit is good about things that if your not satisfied you can return most stuff just cause you didnt like it. just cover shipping. I'm planning on giving this kit a shot

Just ask them in writing or e-mail about the return policy for this. I kinda doubt they'd refund all your money for a used up paint kit....

Well honestly you'd be very surprised. I'll find out though. For the most part though If you do it all right and set it up right you wont have a promblem.

I have also heard that the Shopline (PPG) products are a great value. That's the route I'm going. I've already sprayed a few panels with their urethane primer and really like how it sprayed and sanded. I can't wait to try the base/clear.
