I'm in the midst of doing a frame off. Chassis is almost rebuilt with all new susp/brakes/rearend,etc..I tore out the old fuel line from my 67 and bought a new 3/8 carbon pre-bent line. Anyone have any old tricks up their sleeve to re-install the new line. It looks pretty challenging. Thought I'd ask before I get started.

I think you already have the trick up your sleeve. Do it with the body off. I replaced my fuel line with the body on, the best trick I can give for that is to remove the body!!!!
