am about to replace my rear upper and lower control arm with umi adj.upper and boxed lowers . do to wheel hop. my car a real ss has the f 41 brackets it turns out that one of my brackets broke off. so do i need theses f 41 bracket with my new set up?? since it is a real ss should i buy a new set from year one there about 80.00 with del. or just leave them off because the new set up ill be strong enough. or is there a benifit to add the f41 brackets/ thanks you

or there calle f41 braces too.

I think that you will find that all cars that had 12 bolt rearends also had the braces. Not specific to the F41 option. The braces were added to eliminate cracking problems in the cross member that the control arms bolt into.

Put the braces back on anyway. The braces runs between the two mounting points for the rear control arms on the frame and braces the frame up. They are worht the effort.

Can the 68-72 braces fit on the earlier 64-67 cars?

No, the 64 thru 67 take different braces then 68 thru 72
