I have a 67 ss that I'm doin a frame off on. The car is all orig. with the orig 12 bolt. I just had the rearend rebuilt from a reputable shop. The only parts reused were the housing,yoke, cover, and backing plates for the drums. All internals were changed out with new stuff. After the work was done, I brought it home and bolted it up. After installing my brakes w/all new hardware,I put on some new non-finned drums and mounted up the same rallys that were on the car prior to the rearend rebuild. Lightly snugged up the lugs and discovered that the tires were completely locked up. Note that when tires are off, the drums and rearend turn very smooth. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Please help..

Disregard: I ordered the wrong drums. Tried to put fronts on the rears. I put on the old drums and tires turned fine...Thx...I'm gonna learn alot through this resto. This lesson was to always, always, double check your orders...
