help, cant get my lifters to quite down, this is a customer car, it is a 67 396 and a street cam, the customer had a set of scorpion roller rockers on it so i reused them, i setzero lash and turned nut 1 additional turn like my book calls out, at idle it is kinda quite, i hear 1 or 2 lifters on right bank go in and out but when i rev it it sounds af if all 16 are chattering, i have done the zero lash both hot and cold still the same, i would do a running adjustemnt but it has a high volume oil pump and it really pumps the oil out of the pushrods, anyone have experiance with these rocker arms, are they junk, do i need to go more then 1 turn on rocker, i know on my cleveland motors i have to go 1 1/2 turns with the roller rockers, any help appreciated ASAP please write to glennz@wideopenwest.com
