hey guys:)
im having a problem with my carb
when its cold it runs great and after driving for a hour or so or when its hot the carb
starts to choke out coughing and when i punch it its even worse..i have idle turned down somewhat so it doesen't creep at stop lights..i drive with hand controls..any thoughts
would be great...mikel

I'd check to make sure your choke plate is open on your carb when your car is warmed up. If not, you'll have to figure out what kind of choke you have and fix it. If you have an electric choke, or a heated spring choke set up, you might have to replace some components. I've only had mechanical chokes (pull the cable and it closes the choke plate on the carb, push it in and it opens up).

Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge about automatic choke set-ups can help if that's the problem.
