The weather here in the Northeast has been so lousy, seems to snow everyday. Haven't had the cars out since early December.

Spring can't come soon enough. The weather sure looked good in Scottsdale while watching the auction the last few days.

Hmmmmmm............ Arizona............

Anybody else have cabin fever?

Not me: I live in Scottsdale (but dreaming of Globe since it is cooler in the summer but still milder than the Northeast overall) and we have been 'freezing' with our ca. 77F highs :D

I can joke about back east weather since I am a Wash DC native who fled its evil winters 31 years ago. :beers:

Live here just outside of Cleveland .The other night it was -18 without the windchill(-37) We have 15 inches of snow on the ground and it never seems to get nice @ here till mid May sometimes. So that leaves us 5 1/2 months to enjoy our toys and 6 1/2 months to fix or make better and makes us appreciated it even more. But I still wish I were in Miami or somewhere warm. Its nice to dream aint it

Even down here in the "sunny" South I'm getting a taste of what "cabin fever" is. All through the hloidays it was rainy and dreary and now we're getting a taste of the cold weather as well. Daytime highs in the 30s would be a releif to some of you guys but for us Southerners that's indoor weather.

Don't dream...move if you want to be somewhere warmer.

The weather was the main reason why we moved in 1998 from Michigan to North Carolina.
It seemed some years like there was only two seasons in Michigan...Winter and August. We couldn't even depend on the month of June to be warm. And months of snow was a major pain in the butt.

Finally, the wife and I said to hell with this, we're not going to keep living in a climate that both of us dislike.
We pulled up stakes...just did it...sold our house, quit our jobs, and moved to North Carolina.
Coming up on 11 years now, and have enjoyed every year living here.

"Winters" here are very mild compared to Michigan.
Now (with very rare exceptions) I use my snow shovel as a big dust pan for sweeping my driveway.

Regards,
-Greg
