I have a water leak that is dripping into my car. The floor on the drivers seat constantly gets wet when it rains. I'm trying to find where it is coming in from. Anyone have any know tips or tricks to aid me in the hunt?
Thanks

2 guesses, front window seal, or the body seam on the cowl(most likely). No tricks, it is a pain to find most of the time.

I just finished my car and what I did to check for possible leaks is I put the car in the garage as it is always. I did this in the middle of the night with all windows blocked off so no light is present. Then I took a flashlight and put it in different areas and position to see If I saw any light inside the car. Seeing the light would not be good in this case--you found a possible leak.
Just be patient and try different area and angles

I would have someone run some water over the front while your sitting in the car. If you are going to wash the car, might as well check it for leaks and kill two birds with one stone.
I did this to find the spot where my Z-28 was leaking. The T-Tops were a pain in the butt, so I feel your pain. Hope this helps, take care and good luck.

Wallace is right, Get the hose out and put someone in the car to watch for water. Don't just hose the top off the car and wait for leaks, start low and progress higher. Soon as it leaking you have found your spot.

I'm not sure if you mean the floor or seat but i read on here where someone kept getting a wet carpet because the kick panel wasnt sealed right.
