I am VERY familiar with rebuilding Holley's....but this has me stumped  !!!
I keep getting fuel coming up from the secondary squirter passage.I turn the pump off (electric) and let the car run a bit before shutting engine off. That way I know there is no pressure in the bowl. I see gas around the base of the squirter. I take off the squirter and can see the fuel rising up and out of the passage. I see air bubbles also. I put a different needle assembly in the passage. I rechecked the float. I just can't see why there is fuel coming out of this with no pressure in the bowl. The primary side is fine....this is only happenening on the secondary side.

Do you have the pump arm gap at 0? This will do it at idle sometimes, check your float level once again, make sure you have a gap in the accel pump setting.

I mean since you know your way wround, it must be a too full bowl and heat expansion/contraction, right?

I fixed it on Saturday!!!! graemlins/hurray.gif
I put another needle and seat in the bowl and double checked both float settings. And yes I have the accelerator pump set a .015 clearance at WOT.
