What a misinformed owner we have here. This is sad on so many levels. Fremont didn't even report any VINs after July of 1969 where other plants were still making 69s through August. November 1969 indeed. :noway:

I would suspect it is an early 69 production year body with the 11A instead of the stated late 69 model. As Dale as identified the Freemont plant did not build any 69 chevelles beyond july. Since he doesn't list the VIN it is hard to tell if perhaps he has a trim tag change out on the body or if it is infact an early 69build year body. If his VIN is in the 312XXX to 314XXX it would identify it as an early 69 production car built in Nov 68 not nov 69. As mentioned only a few plants reported any 69 Chevelle VINs used in Aug 69, they were Atlanta-9770, Baltimore-456, and Kansas-545.

How is it "numbers matching" with a "383 crate engine?"
