I am positive that is the same piece of crap that was on ebay last spring with those nasty eddie baur looking tan and green seats that we discussed on here they wanted 37 g`s for it! With the fugly chick modeling with it!
well some tard paid 43 g for it at BJ last night??? i guess 1 those guys at bj have more money than sense and 2 BJ will miss represent anything as mr sunglasses was saying it was a real 72 ss 454 that had been made into a pro tour car while at the same time steve m. showed it to have a (d) code in the vin designating 6 banger not the w code!!!LOL

I was thinking $25K on that car. I bet the winner is going to be a little PO'd when he finds out.

I wonder if the seller was miss representing the car or just Mr sunglasses?

I wonder if the buyer would be able to give the car back or get some kind of compensation?

once the car is on the block or they get out of the vehicle it is bj's then the buyer cant get his car back or bid on it to buy it back. 8% seller fee and 10% buyer fee and whatever arizona state tax is. after the price of the car is sold.

YEP I saw that as well and YOU'RE RIGHT, "Shades" was up on the stage LYING thru the mike saying it was a REAL 72 SS454 at the exact same time Steve M. was showing the D in the VIN tag on the dash!!! The ONLY "W" involved with that car will be the "WTF?" the buyer lets out.

LOL, there's GOT to be some fightin and screamin goin on at the payment desk once the boosheut dries (or is it ether wearing off?)!!!

To me, that is the car that stood out the most at B-J. It stood out as a piece of crap that some moron overpaid by 2x its "value". Goes to show an fool and his money.....

There was another 69, a red one, with the same `"treatment" that brought 67k I think....again, the restomod cars bringing big dollars compared to nice originals.

Caveat Emptor on any car bought at auction.

If I were bidding on a car, I would check the car out completely, then do my research.

If the buyer did not do his "due dilligence", it is his own fault.

With that said, B-J will do whatever they have to, to make a sale.
Just like the oldest profession in the world.
