I am presently working on a mechanical make over, from rear end to engine. I'm building a 496ci engine w/ hyd. roller, Ohio crank and rods w/ SRP 10.0:1 comp. ratio. I have a question? Has anyone used AFR alum. heads model 305 w/ the raised exhaust ports - .375" in a 1967 Chevelle w/ any header clearence / installation problems... And if not, what make did you use?
