Now in hindsight it is wasy to "predict" what would happen, but then, we just didn't know. I saw this letter at the Nixon Library in So Cal, this was one of those "Worth the price of admission" moments for me. This is the speech Nixon had at the ready if the moon landing resulted in failure.
