Two quick questions here: 1) can front door vertical glass runner channel be installed with the vent window assembly in the car? The reason I ask is one of the new ones from Metro does not have the molded tip on it and I would like to get the vent window assembly in (one more of the many small items done) and then install the channel,as soon as they send me a new one, if its not a big problem. 2) on the rear glass runner channel what is the felt type material in it and where do you get new? Mine still has 90% of this felt glued to it in fair(??) shape. This is all for a 67 Chevelle 2 door hardtop.

Well guess what found the moulded tip on the floor while looking for a screw, so the channel is and the vent assembly are in the car.

On the rear glass runner channel what is the felt type material in it and where do you get new? Mine still has 90% of this felt glued to it in fair(??) shape. This is all for a 67 Chevelle 2 door hardtop.
