changed cables yesterday ,lubed it up before installing it ,still have the same problem, needle starts jumping and soon as i start forward ,then i sticks at 30 and stays there doesn`t drop back down,blew air into the back of the speedometer and still no luck ,the car is a 67 malibu, searched hear but had no luck any ideas??

Look in the local yellow pages and see if you can find a speedo shop in your area, if not, there are shops around the US that do speedo repair.
