i bid on a car the other day, and right before the end of the auction friday, the car just dissappeared. i've had this happen in the past, but this thing dissappeared from everywhere, not end of bidding, not in my e-bay as lost auction, or out bid, just vaporized,

then i come out of the pet shop today and some jack ass couldn't walk two spaces over and put his cart away, so of course it hit my passenger side door and left a nice ding on the 05 mustang.........

buddy calls and tells me i have to go look at a t/a, a 76 i can buy cheap, with original paint, i get there and the original paint is under 20 some years of rust......

and now for some reason my dishwasher won't drain.....

i'm going riding tommorow, maybe a nice bowel of chowder in santa barbara will turn things around.

Bill, when the auction disappears, it's usually a scam that's been pulled by ebay.

we just got back, it's about 80 out, the ocean was calm, the sky cear enough to see all the islands, and the dolphins were dancing on the water outside our restaurant, all the back hills are green from the little rain we had. we did tour the fire area behind montecito, lots of million $ homes gone, but it was a beautiful day for a ride.....

Probably some guy too cheap to pay for a reserve auction, and pulled it at the last minute when he wasn't getting the coin he had hoped.
